When will I receive my order?
We'll ship your sweater out to you within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once they leave our studio, delivery times are in the hands of the postal service.
If you're hoping to wear your sweater for a particular event, we encourage you to allow yourself at least one month from placing your order, until you need your item/s. Hopefully you will receive your delivery much earlier than that but this way, you won't be disappointed!

Our items are not known to incur customs charges. However, we cannot guarantee that you won't be charged anything. Duties are out of our control and must be paid by the customer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our sweaters all over the world! You can enter your address and select your shipping method at checkout. The shipping charges are automatically generated, and these fees are set by the postal service.
What if I receive the wrong order?

Where are you based?
We are based in Vancouver, Canada. We run this small business from our home studio.
How do I care for my products?
Eye Masks: Hand wash, or wash on cold.
Sweaters and T-shirts: Please wash cold, and hang to air dry. Iron on reverse.
