We can only accept returns of non-personalized items. We hope you understand! Please double check the spelling of all names and information you submit in the text boxes (for example, for the satin eye masks) as you place your order.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us so that we can send you the return address and review eligibility. Returns will only be accepted after first contacting us. You will need to pay for the return postage, and items must be in their original condition - unused / unworn, with labels still attached, and in their original packaging. Please also provide proof of purchase, so we can verify your return.
We will email you once we have received your returned item/s. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to the original payment method used. Please note that we cannot refund any postage costs or customs charges, and that there can be slight delays in receiving your refund depending on bank processing times.
